When we setup Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Advanced Warehouse we tend to look at how we can automate the assignment of work. This is generally necessary, but sometimes we just need to manually assign some work to a user to go and do. It might be a special order that needs to be picked or some other inventory work that we want to assign to a specific person.

Fortunately doing this is really simple in D365. Today we’ll take a look at how after work is generated you can assign that work to a person. We take a look at the assignment and the setup needed for the mobile device.
