Using Power Automate to default fields in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations

If you have been working with Dynamics 365 for very long you have probably at some point or another have had to default a field or fields on a form. Normally what you have to do is work with a developer to add the defaulting logic to the form.

What we are going to look at today is how we can satisfy the customer’s requirement without using any code. Instead we will use power automate to update the fields after the record has been added.
